Sudanese dance and music

Saturday, June 19
Noon – 4:30pm An afternoon of free performances and exhibits by refugee artists and youth,
for the whole family (next to small photo from last year’s event)

1:10 – 1:40 Teatra de Danza Contemporanea de El Salvador, Contemporary Salvadoran dance troupe
1:50 – 2:20 Silk Road Dance Company, Traditional dance from Central Asia
2:30 – 3:00 Chakavak Ensemble, Classical Persian musical group
3: 10 – 3:40 Theatre Lakay, Haitian dance troupe
3:50 – 4: 20 Nepalese Folk Dance Group

Outdoor Courtyard* (great for family audiences)
12:00 – 12:20 Tou Ger Xiong, Hmong rapper and comedian will emcee

In case of bad weather, courtyard performances will be moved to the cafeteria.
